Mindfulness is a proven technique that allows you to create a positive and coherent inner dialogue. With mindfulness, you can learn to use relaxation techniques to create a positive environment and your breath as a metronome to keep your thoughts in a gentle rhythm. If you think of your thoughts as a group of untrained musicians, mindfulness helps you become the maestro as you quiet the distracting or negative thoughts and bring to the forefront the creative and positive thoughts you need to achieve clarity and balance. Presenter Chuck Schad is the owner of The Inner Theater, a Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy practice in Manchester. Chuck was trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 1999.
