Event Description
This program focuses on building authentic and trusting relationships because relationships are the foundation underlying all business. Strong relationships can differentiate you from competitors, open doors of opportunity, and sustain you in difficult times.
Strong relationships are particularly critical for sales and leadership. In sales, stop selling. Build a trusting relationship. If they trust you and you have a solution, they’ll buy it. In leadership, stop telling. Build trusting relationships and collaborate. Employees will be empowered and focus their energy on success rather than safety.
Takeaways from this program include:
§ Learn about the nature of building trusting relationships; the characteristics that enable them to flourish
§ Learn about interaction skills that create positive climates, build trust, and create clarity in communications
§ Understand how to focus your relationship development efforts for results; learn how to leverage and monetize relationships in an authentic and trusting manner.
This program is free and open to all. It is especially geared toward business development professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders, and anyone who realizes that relationships drive success. Please reserve a seat at 860-658-7663 or www.simsburylibrary.info/busiprograms.htm.
