The 3rd Annual “A Taste of Simsbury, Presented by TD Bank,” will be held at The Riverview on Thursday, August 25, from 5:30-8:30 PM. This is an upscale dining event that includes gourmet offerings from some of the best restaurants in the Greater Hartford area. Brought to you by The Simsbury Main Street Partnership, all proceeds go to their nationally recognized not-for-profit organization.
Last year’s restaurants participating included Abigail’s Grille and Wine Bar, Apricots Restaurant, Char Koon, Cugino’s Restaurant, Elephant Trail, Evergreens at The Simsbury Inn, Feng Asian Bistro, Ferme, and Tapas. Wines will be provided by RJ’s Spirit Shop, beer by the Thomas Hooker Brewery, ice cream by J. Foster, and coffee and desserts by Peaberry’s Cafe. Also, the host, The Riverview, will be showcasing gourmet food and hand-passed hors d’oeuvres.
